Dogs on the beach

The leap

I’ve spent some time over the winter photographing dogs in and around the sea. A few were for a client,  but most just for fun and because I like dogs! I thought I’d put a few up, I intend to create a dogs gallery, so if you’re interested in this look out for it over the next couple of weeks.

Feeling reflective

There’s quite a few in black and white, which is not something I do very often but the high contrast environment in some shots particularly suited this I think, especially with a black dog.

Just one note about composition. Though tight crops have their place I prefer a bit of space around my subjects, space for them to move into. It’s what I’ve tried to do with these. I hope you enjoy them.
